By using Trupa (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service includes access to our AI financial advisor, TruPal.
2. Description of Service
Trupa provides users with tools for financial management, including but not limited to user authentication, profile management, debt/credit tracking, financial information declaration, budget tracking, and a financial self-audit tool, and access to TruPal, an AI financial advisor.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data or information you input into the Service.
5. Financial Self-Audit Tool & TruPal AI Advisor
The financial self-audit tool and the advice provided by TruPal, our AI financial advisor, provide information and suggestions based on the data you provide. This information is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Trupa and TruPal are not registered financial advisors, and you should consult with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trupa and its licensors.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Trupa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
